On Holobooster.com , certain references are available for pre-order .
These products are generally related to the world of Trading Card Game (TCG) , often in limited edition , subject to high demand or variations in value .

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code , the right of withdrawal does not apply to products:

  • whose price is likely to fluctuate on the markets,

  • or which are limited series.

👉 As a result, pre-orders of this type are firm and final .
If a product does not meet these legal exclusion criteria, the right of withdrawal remains applicable.


1. What is a pre-order?

Pre-ordering allows you to reserve a product before its official release.
It guarantees the availability of the item as soon as it goes on sale, which is particularly useful for limited or highly anticipated series.

On Holobooster.com, pre-orders include:

  • Special Edition Box Sets

  • Sealed displays

  • Elite Trainer Boxes (ETB)

  • Exclusive extensions or collections

Some pre-orders may include exclusive benefits or preferential rates .


2. How do pre-orders work?

2.1 Product identification

The products concerned are clearly marked with the words “Pre-order” .
An estimated release date is indicated on the product sheet.
👉 This date may be changed by the manufacturer without notice.

2.2 Payment

Payment is taken at the time of ordering , in order to guarantee the reservation of the product.
It is possible to group together in the same basket products in stock and products on pre-order .

2.3 Confirmation

Once your pre-order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email .
A second email containing a tracking number will be sent to you at the time of shipment.


3. Delivery of pre-orders

3.1 Deadlines

The dates indicated on the site are those provided by the manufacturers and may be subject to change.
In case of delay or change, you will be informed by email.

3.2 Group delivery

If your order contains both immediately available and pre-order products, the entire order will be shipped once all items are available.
👉 To avoid any delays, we advise you to place two separate orders .

3.3 Monitoring

The status of your pre-order can be viewed at any time from your customer account, under “My orders” .


4. Modification or cancellation of a pre-order

4.1 Modification

You can change some information (e.g. shipping address) as long as the product has not been shipped.
To do this, contact our customer service at contact@holobooster.com .

4.2 Cancellation

Pre-orders are in principle non-cancellable if they concern products subject to the exceptions provided for by law (limited edition, speculative value, etc.).

In other cases, you can cancel a pre-order up to 7 days before the official release date .
After this deadline, no cancellation will be accepted except in cases of force majeure.


5. Return of pre-ordered products

Returns of pre-ordered products follow the same procedure as for other products (see Returns Policy).

⚠️ Exceptions:

  • Opened or unsealed items (boosters, sealed boxes) cannot be returned.

  • Limited edition collectible items are not subject to the right of withdrawal.

📌 Can I combine in-stock and pre-order products?
Yes, but shipping will take place once all products are available. To separate deliveries, it is best to place two separate orders.

📌 Can I modify my pre-order?
Yes, as long as the product has not been shipped. Contact us promptly at contact@holobooster.com .

📌 Can I cancel a pre-order?
Only if it does not fall under the legal exclusions provided for in article L221-28.
In this case, you can cancel it up to 7 days before the scheduled release date .
