And any person making a purchase on the site, hereinafter referred to as “Customer” .
Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
2. Products offered
Holobooster.com sells products from the world of collectible cards (TCG), including:

Boxes
-
Collectible boxes
-
Individual boosters
-
Sealed displays
-
Special products and limited editions
-
Accessories (card holders, binders, storage, figurines)
Product sheets include detailed descriptions, non-contractual visuals and availability information.
Photos may vary from the final product depending on manufacturer editions or repackaging.
3. Availability
Products are offered while stocks last.
In the event of unavailability after ordering, the Customer will be informed by email and will be able to choose between:

A full refund within 14 working days

An exchange with an equivalent product (with prior agreement)

Waiting for a restock if planned
4. Price

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC).

Delivery costs are calculated automatically at the time of ordering.

Holobooster.com reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of validation.
5. Order
To validate an order, the Customer must:

Enter your personal and delivery information

Make payment via a secure system
An order confirmation is sent by email with all necessary details.
6. Payment
Payments are secure and can be made by:

Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

Other secure solutions offered on the site

7. Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address indicated by the Customer.

Metropolitan France : 2 to 5 working days

European Union : 4 to 8 working days
-
United States & Canada : 7 to 15 working days (⚠️ longer delivery times may occur due to customs formalities)
The Customer receives a tracking number once the package has been shipped.
In the event of a problem upon receipt (damaged, non-received, stolen package), customer service must be contacted within 7 working days .
8. Pre-orders
Some products may be available for pre-order before their official release.

The release date is given for information purposes only and may be modified by the publisher.

Orders containing pre-orders are shipped upon receipt of official stock.

⚠️ Pre-orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded before the official release date , unless the product is permanently unavailable.
9. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
This right does not apply to:

Opened or unsealed products (boosters, packs, sealed boxes, etc.)

Customized or made-to-order products
-
Pre-order products before their official release date
The return must be made in the original packaging and in perfect condition.
Reimbursement is made within 14 days after receipt and verification.
10. Refund & Cancellation
A refund may be triggered in the following cases:

Product unavailable after order
-
Cancellation by the Customer before shipment (excluding pre-orders)

Exercise of the right of withdrawal (according to the conditions above)
Refunds are issued via the original payment method or bank transfer, within 5 to 14 business days.
11. Liability
Holobooster.com cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the purchase or use of a product, nor for delays or impossibilities of delivery due to circumstances beyond its control (force majeure, strike, customs, etc.).
12. Personal data
The data collected is used for order management and improving customer service.
In accordance with the law, each Customer may request the deletion or modification of their data at any time by contacting: contact@holobooster.com
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the site (texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, etc.) is the property of POKE-JAP or its partners.
Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
14. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, an attempt at amicable resolution will always be preferred.
In the absence of an agreement, the competent courts will be those of the Béziers jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by mandatory legal provision.
