General Conditions of Sale

1. Presentation

These General Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relations between:

And any person making a purchase on the site, hereinafter referred to as “Customer”.

Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

2. Products offered

ShinyMarket.fr sells products from the world of collectible cards (TCG), including in particular:

  • Boxes
  • Collectible boxes
  • Individual boosters
  • Sealed displays
  • Special products and limited editions

Product sheets include detailed descriptions, non-contractual visuals, and availability information. Photos may differ from the final product depending on manufacturer editions or repackaging.

3. Availability

Products are offered while stocks last. In the event of unavailability after ordering, the Customer will be informed by email and will be able to choose between:

  • A full refund within 14 working days
  • An exchange with an equivalent product (with prior agreement)
  • Waiting for a restock if planned

4. Price

All prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC). Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time of ordering.

ShinyMarket.fr reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of validation.

5. Order

To validate an order, the Customer must:

  • Select items and add them to cart
  • Enter your personal and delivery information
  • Accept these T&Cs
  • Make payment via a secure system

An order confirmation will be sent by email with all necessary details.

6. Payment

Payments are secure and can be made by:

  • Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • Payment in installments via Klarna (if offered)

No banking data is stored on the ShinyMarket.fr website.

7. Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address indicated by the Customer. Two methods are generally offered:

  • Standard delivery: 3 to 5 working days
  • Express delivery: 1 to 2 working days

The customer will receive a tracking number once the package has been shipped. In the event of a problem upon receipt (damaged, undelivered, or stolen package), customer service must be contacted within 7 days.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal. This right does not apply to:

  • Opened or unsealed products (boosters, packs, etc.)
  • Customized or made-to-order products

Returns must be made in the original packaging and in perfect condition. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt and verification.

9. Refund & Cancellation

A refund may be triggered in the following cases:

  • Product unavailable after order
  • Cancellation by the Customer before shipment
  • Exercising the right of withdrawal

Refunds are issued via the original payment method or, if necessary, by bank transfer. Processing times vary from 5 to 14 business days.

Any abusive dispute may result in an investigation and legal action.

10. Liability

ShinyMarket.fr cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the purchase or use of a product, nor for delays or impossibilities of delivery due to circumstances beyond its control (force majeure, strike, etc.).

11. Personal data

The data collected is used to manage orders and improve customer service. In accordance with the law, each Customer may request the deletion or modification of their data at any time by contacting: support@shinymarket.fr

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, etc.) is the property of AZURINA or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, an attempt at amicable resolution will always be preferred. Failing agreement, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of Paris.
