  • Delivery to a relay point : offered depending on the location and the carrier selected

Typically, orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

⚠️ For the United States and Canada , delivery times may be extended due to customs procedures and international transport.

1.4 Delivery costs

Delivery costs are calculated automatically according to:

2. Returns

You have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

  • The product must be returned in its original, unused condition, in its complete packaging.
