- Express delivery: dispatch within 24 to 48 working hours depending on the destination
- Delivery to a relay point: offered depending on the location and the carrier selected

Typically, orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Returns

- Return costs are your responsibility, except in the event of an error on our part (defective or incorrect product)
