Return Policy

Returning a product is simple

At ShinyMarket.fr, we do everything we can to ensure your experience is a satisfying one. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, our return policy allows you to act with complete peace of mind.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with French law (article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification required.

For this right to be valid:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging
  • No items should be missing (instructions, accessories, etc.)
  • Sealed products (such as boosters) must not have been opened
  • Return costs are your responsibility, unless we make an error.

To initiate a return request, send an email to support@shinymarket.fr with your order number. We will then send you instructions for completing your return.

The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  • Unsealed or opened products (boosters, trading cards, etc.)
  • Customized or made-to-order products

Defective products or order errors

If you receive a product that is damaged or does not match your order, we will of course take care of its return or replacement.

You must contact us within 7 working days of receipt, with:

  • A clear explanation of the problem
  • Photos or videos showing the defect or error

In these cases, return costs are fully covered by ShinyMarket.fr.

How to make a return

Here are the steps to follow for any return:

  1. Contact our customer service at support@shinymarket.fr
  2. Indicate your order number, the reason for the return and attach any useful proof
  3. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
  4. Return the product according to the instructions given

A verification will be carried out upon receipt of the package. If all conditions are met, a refund or replacement will be processed within 14 business days.

If the product does not meet our return conditions, we can return it to you at your expense.

Processing times and reimbursement

Returns are generally processed within 5 working days after receipt of the package.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Opened or used products
  • Boosters open
  • Customized or made-to-order products (except in the event of a recognized defect)

Return address

The return address will be communicated to you by email once your request has been validated by our customer service.
