1. When will I receive my order?

All orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days after validation. A tracking email is sent to you upon shipment.

2. Can I modify or cancel my order after payment?

Yes, as long as the order has not been shipped. Contact us promptly at support@shinymarket.fr for any changes.

3. Which products are non-refundable?

Opened boosters, personalized or limited edition products cannot be returned unless proven defective.

4. How do pre-orders work?

Pre-orders guarantee a product's availability before its release. You will be notified of the shipping date as soon as the product is available.

5. Do you offer payment in installments?

Yes, 4-installment payments are available through Klarna for a certain amount. You'll be presented with this option during checkout.
